Thank you for considering Dallas Athletic Club to host your special event. Our Club offers a full-service private dining experience and will assist in planning your event to the final detail.


Let us set up a buffet lunch or dinner for your group, or truly impress your guests with a special plated meal customized by our Executive and Sous Chef. Our culinary team has created menus to please a variety of palates. Flexibility in menu and arrangements is a significant advantage offered by Dallas Athletic Club. Our culinary team will work with you to design a custom menu tailored to meet the specifications of your event.


  • Oak Room
    •    

      The Oak Room is the perfect venue to host cocktail parties, bridal or baby showers, or hors d'oeuvre receptions and can accommodate up to 75 guests. A cozy, yet elegant room, the Oak Room is decorated in luxurious gold and brown tones with a granite gas fireplace and sculpted mantel piece, soft ivory chandeliers and a large bay window overlooking Chef’s fresh herb garden.

      In addition, the Oak Room is often reserved in conjunction with one of our event facilities for guests to arrive and enjoy a cocktail before moving into the Royal Room.

  • Terrace Room

      Two floor-to-ceiling glass walls bring the outdoors into this intimate room, which also features a built in bar and access to the Pool Veranda overlooking the sparkling pool. The Terrace Room is ideal for meetings, dinner functions, children’s parties and luncheons. This room can accommodate up to 100 guests and can also be reserved in conjunction with one of our event facilities for guests to arrive and enjoy a cocktail before moving into the main event room.

  • Royal Room

      The Royal Room is the Club’s newly renovated ballroom and can accommodate up to 400 guests. Wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the Club’s two signature Jack Nicklaus golf courses. The Royal Room opens up to an private outdoor patio perfect for pre-event receptions, golf outings, wedding receptions, cocktail parties and any other corporate or social event. This room is very flexible and can be set in almost any style as well as sectioned in to three smaller rooms.

  • Wine Room

      Offering a more intimate setting for smaller gatherings, the Wine Room provides the tranquil aura for perfectly conceived dinners and wine pairings. The room features an exposed wood beamed ceiling with the walls line with wood wine cellars storing wines from the finest vineyards, allowing members and guests the ability to sample an intriguing variety of grapes and vintages while delighting in the Chef’s gourmet fare. The Wine Room can accommodate up to 12 guests around the rich vintage wood table.
